Sales Representative

Molehill inc – Remote locations

 

Molehill is looking for a talented Sales Representative to join its team. Working directly within our client’s ecosystem, this position will be primarily focused on direct sales of our client’s products and services to build and maintain a long-term relationship with their customers.

This role is a great opportunity for a talented professional with a flair for client relationship, lead nurturing and a particular ability for closing deals. You will enjoy a large degree of autonomy (agile working), combined with a structured process and training on our client’s products and services.

 

 

Activities for this role will include (but not limited to) the following:

  • Call and email leads from existing client database and marketing activities

  • Nurture leads and maintain a sales pipeline

  • Record all sales activities (calls, emails, meetings) in CRM (i.e Salesforce)

  • Participate in weekly team meetings and collaborate on long-term goals

  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals

  • Communicate the value of our client and its newest products to prospects

 

 

Your position will be measured on your ability to close deals and bring value through prospecting activities allowing for the creation of new opportunities. We offer a competitive base salary and performance-based commission, rewarding target and stretch goals achievement.

 

 

Skills

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English (French as a second language is a plus)

  • Strong entrepreneurial drive and work ethic

  • Consultative and collaborative approach to lead generation and conversion

  • Team player

 

 

Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience working within a results-focused sales environment

  • Must have sales experience; with a solid understanding of digital solutions and/or services

  • Proven success in prospecting and capturing opportunities

  • Proven track record in succeeding quotas and goals

  • Experience working closely with prospective clients and customers to understand their business objectives

  • CRM Experience is an asset
